Teri Hatcher is a native New Mexican with deep roots in Albuquerque and a lifelong passion for real estate. Having lived in nearly every quadrant of the city, she brings decades of experience as a licensed REALTOR®, qualifying broker, and property owner. Her hallmark is a heart‑forward approach—she builds trust into every relationship she architects within her honeycomb, welcoming clients through the natural buzz of The Hive community.
With certifications in negotiation, pricing strategy, and relocation services, Teri blends professional expertise with a personal touch. She has served on both local and state REALTOR® boards and continues to volunteer in service of the industry she loves.

With a background in operational system design and customer relationship management, he brings both structure and soul to the way The Hive runs.
